I hate the feeling of having to blow my nose right after i use the saline spray, so I blow my nose. I'm not sure if you're supposed to let it sit awhile for it to work.

You're supposed to blow your nose before you use the spray. Let it sit in there a couple of minutes. It will loosen things up. Just dab the extra moisture that sneaks out.

My son has allergy's and when he uses nose spray he does not blow his nose.Really if you do I think you are defeating the purpose a bit.

Spay the nose sniff it up your nose and then you can blow then do it again if necessary. I usually do it several times before my nose feel cleaned out. It not medicine so it won't effect you. Just water and salt.

you're supposed to take a deep breath after the nasal spray to get to the congestion.

You should wait and let the solution coat your nasal passages.
