i'm fluent in many lanagugues, i cant decide what lanaguge to use thats all.

A sentence such as that would look pretty good in French or perhaps even Sanskrit. Be sure y ou get someone who knows how to translate it BEFORE you go to the tattoo parlor.
Then I would take a look at your sentence. 'prayer' is singular and 'cages' is not. Perhaps it would be better as either
a prayer for the wild at heart, but caged
prayers for the wild at heart, kept in cages
a prayer for the wild at heart, kept in a cage

I have a tattoo on my inner ankle and it is in hebrew. Everyone thinks it looks really cool and I really don't know alot of people that do that. A lot of people go the chinese or japanese route.

Forget the tattoo - escape your cage and do what you really want to do.
If you put a tat like that on your hide, you're acknowledging that you'll be kept in a cage for the rest of your life. Whouldn't you rather be "wild at heart, untamed and unbound"? I'd rather live like that rather than have some bit of ink that says I'm being kept against my will.
Besides - if you don't know the language, how do you know that the thing doesn't translate to "Eat at Joe's"?

You should get in in the Egyptian language. If you look at their symbols, they look very unique. Nobody will have anything like it for sure. I like what's really odd and different.

I would choose your first language....whether it's English, French, Spanish, etc. Whichever you were raised speaking from birth...
