Well I've been eating out a lot since December and I noticed how I've gotten a bit heavier. Anyway I want to start losing this extra weight, but im not quite sure where to start to what to do
In the past I tried doing the whole tredmill, weight lifting thing, but after 1 week i get so bored of it i just dont want to do it anymore.
My hobby is dancing, will that help in anyway here? I mean i really dont know ANYTHING about excercising as I didnt need to in the past. I would appreciate If somebody gave me some advice, guidelines etc.
Thanks

Hey there. First of all I'd like to say that there was one month last year where I ate out every day of the month, and I still lost weight. The point here is that you don't necessarily need to gain weight if you're choosing to eat out. Just be smart with what and how much you eat. Here's what I'd recommend : avoid the exercises which you find boring, like treadmilling. This is perhaps the worst exercise on the planet - it's just plain tedious, and it aint all that efficient in terms of burning calories. Do something that you enjoy - like your dancing. Or how about trying some old school exercises like jumping rope? This will help you shed fat in no time as it's highly intense. To make things interesting, try setting goals, or doing different manuevers. The important thing is that you at least do something - do whatever gets your heart rate crankin', and you will see results in no time. Good luck

all of it varies based on the point of wellbeing and the physique doing the exercising. Lance Armstrong could cycle at 35mph for 200kilometers as an occasion. As for myself I evaluate myself to be fairly greater healthful yet I in basic terms pass to the wellbeing club thrice a week on customary and do a 30-60min exercising ordinary in keeping with if i'm doing a easy weight or muscle development exercising ordinary. I additionally cycle at weekends for as much as two hrs and that i do stretches for my back harm on a daily basis for approximately 15mins. the only element I do verify is after a consultation in the wellbeing club I consume protein and relax my physique. never exercising the same section 2 days in a row and incredibly so if it hurts. No discomfort No benefit is balony. If it hurts it is your physique's way of asserting you have finished too lots. undergo in strategies something you do this elevates the middle value and gets you respiratory greater good is valid exercising (even intercourse!). Cardiovascular exercising will advance your stamina and weight education will help with waist administration as muscle is denser than lard so 1lb of pork takes up much less quantity than 1lb of flab (you besides mght burn greater energy merely residing with greater advantageous muscle). hence you are able to slender down yet incredibly weigh greater - a paradox that catches many human beings out. consume a sturdy healthful eating ordinary, reducing out the artifical junk as much as accessible like severe Fructose Corn Syrup and you will quickly locate you get in good shape, look slimmer and sense in good shape.

there's no alternative to excersise and eating less, dancing can be a good addition and supplement your whole regimen
so u must love excersingin and doing this whole treadmill thing..i hate it so much too but hey we've gotta do it
i suggest u try the eliptical cross trainer its much easier than a treadmill...do 20 mins running on a treadmill and then do 30-45 mins of elliptical
and of course u must lift weights

do what you like to do - dance. I found running on the treadmill and doing weights boring too and I could never keep to a regular workout session. but since I enjoy doing sports like swimming, tennis, basketball, soccer etc. that's what I do to keep fit. I'll play the sports I enjoy and keep fit at the same time.

Yeah.. the treadmill can be boring. I do it daily.. and ours has a tv on it with cable. Dancing is a great way to burn calories. .You might want to mix it up with some weight training 3 days a week.

Eat half of what you eat now. Since you like to dance, sign up for a movement class at your gym, like kickboxing, world-beat, step, etc. Or if you like to swim -swim! Swimming is the best.

dancing is great exercise, depending on how rigorous it is. if it gets your heart rate up, makes you sweat, and you're exhausted when you're done, then i can imagine you're getting a good cardio workout from it. try to go as long as you can, for at least 30 minutes.
