I have learned to be direct with guys and not let them toy with my feelings.
Now I am with a wonderful guy for almost a year (on Valentine's) and we talk about marriage all the time. â¥
And with that, I am learning to let the little things go.
"...if you actually find someone you care about, It's important to let go of the little things. Even if you can't let go all the way. Because nothing sucks more then feeling all alone, no matter how many people are around."
"When your pride's at stake, you can't help but have questions. A lot of times, the answer is about sacrifice. Sometimes sacrifice is only wearing your new uni when you're not at work. Other times, it's about swallowing that damn pride. But ultimately, big or small, sacrifice is about doing something you don't really wanna do."
"In the end, every relationship needs maintenance. ...Whether it's the smallest gesture... or just picking up back where you left off. The bottom line is that if you care about someone, it's pretty easy to make the sacrifice."
Those 3 quotes are from SCRUBS.
I learned a lot from that show.

Everyone always learns something from their mistakes. I've learned some pretty good ones...like never fully trust a man. That could be why I am not married or haven't found the one. But I do know you are a prime example of why not to trust men! Just b/c one woman hurt you doesn't mean become a player....and I don't dislike men b/c "ONE" man hurt me. I do b/c several, one recently, try less than a month ago. So you give women more credit....and maybe we will do the same for you in return.

I've learned not to make dating mistakes in the first place. I'm sixteen, and since I was a preteen I decided (yes, me, my mom is fine with me dating whenever) that I wasn't going to date until I'm eighteen. I don't want to date a guy unless I seriously think I would marry him. I'm obviously not nearly ready to date now, so I'm waiting. The positives are I don't get my heart broken like a lot of friends my age, I can just be friends with guys because they know I'm not interested, and there's just less drama in general.

Yeah! I always Learned from My mistakes,,Mistakes Is not regrettable cos its the one who's Giving us Guide and lessons on how to pursue and to deal with the same situation...I learned not to be impulsive with my feelings on Getting mad...It is better to listen in both sides whatever their query and after that, that's the only time to see whats the solution and on how to deal with that and not just for getting so so bad reaction..And With my mistakes i learned to be more humble cos mistakes is a sign that each one of us Are not Perfect.

I've learned to feel really sorry for men like you. I've learned that although men try to use this attitude to make out like they're strong it's because they're really vulnerable inside - and they'll try to laugh it off if you tell them (as I fully expect you to do - most likely with some kind of backhanded insult). I've learned that men like you can be the most amazing people and ultra confident on the outside and the most amazing friends, but they're so insecure and terrified of getting hurt that they would prefer to sh*t all over people they really care about than take the risk and get involved with them. I've learned that although women are weaker physically, men are weaker emotionally - your attitude is a great example of them. I've learned that although men like you make out you're really tough, inside you're so sensitive that you're devastated by the actions of one girl. It makes me very sad to think that men like you are not strong enough to put your bad experience behind you and take a chance on happiness.
