my body is very static what causes it & how can i deal with it?

Your body is probably not the problem, it is probably your clothes, dry your clothes with dryer sheets, when you walk across carpet pick up your feet, when you drag them along you cause static electricity, and if your hair has static try running a dryer sheet through it as well.

This may sound rediculous, but Dryer shhets work wonders. Place a dryer sheet in your coat or pant pocket. they are designed to dissipate static and they work like a champ. You can also place a dryer sheet in the crease at the back of your car seat to prevent getting shocked when you exit your vehicle. Good Luck!
