a GOOD guy wants nothing more than for you to just be with him, doesnt really matter what your doing.

Basically what I'm doing is that I'm giving him a memory box with some stuff I put together for him. I also made him a really nice card with a heartfelt poem that I wrote. I made him a poem book with pictures I have taken as well. : } I'm doing all this stuff because Valentine's is our first anniversary. ♥

Well, I found this great website that has a lot of ideas that people sent in. A lot of great ideas... cheap, creative, sweet. So if you need ideas, here ya go:

It helped me come up with some ideas and stuff.
Check it out!

If you were my squeeze, it would be nice just to spend the day
together doing whatever is most appropriate to the level of the
relationship. That could be anything from sharing a box of candy
to sharing sunrise on Feb 15.

Best thing you can do is be appreciative for whatever he does for you for valentines day. Guys just really want to make their girlfriends happy and feel included on days like valentines day. Get him a card and write him a message that shows appreciation for him in your life, sometimes girls don't realize that guys want to know that they are doing things right. Another good tip, if you know you're going to go out for dinner or something, and you know where you're going to go.. see if you can get a gift card to that reasturant, or to an ice cream place for dessert after dinner.

If he knows what you want/like and he gives it to you (as long is affordable or permissible for him of course), then you should know what he likes/want and give it to him as long as is possible for you to do so.

Like, take my case, my wife likes to go out and have dinner, maybe some dance, and have fun. So I have all that already planned, plus some little surprises. And if it is like every past year until now, she will give me something nice later that night when we get back home as she knows I like that, and is easy and cheap! (I’ll leave it to your imagination what we do later at night…)

Save your money instead of wasting it on trivial things (like commercial holidays). That way, when/if you get married, you are not stressing out your marriage by complaining about money and what he didn't get you for Valentine's Day.

Be good to him every day instead.

Nothing... i bet youve pampered him all year... let him look after you!!! > ok < that was tight! if you have to do something... i find my man likes something practical... but it depends really on how long youve been together, how old you are and what budget you have... you could get him anything from an engraved watch to a few days in New York... You know what he likes best!!!

Good luck!
