suggest I , that this my home made soup question?

I know that i am right when, when i walk into the kitchen
to prepard this hot soup dish
1.65 mushrooms
2,(3) cans of condense mushroom soup & water
3. (2) stalks of green onions
4. slice (2) yellow peppers
5.slice (2)red peppers
sprinkle dill-weed
please add cream
some tyme
let simmer....

believe me it is soup

When a recipe call for you open cans of soup. Then it is not a reipes for soup.
