I have a 4 year old sister. When she was like that I had what I call "Sister, Sister" talks with her. I sat her down and tried to get her to understand what could happen from the things she's doing. I wouldn't yell or sceam at her, but talk to her like you would talk to another person her age. 99.9% of the time it worked. My sister would settle down and listen to me.

here are some things you can do tell her i do not understand you what you are screaming too loud if you talk to me in a big girl voice maybe i will be able to understad you. When she takes stuff from you or someone take something of hers then when she gets upset tell her oh you did not like that well i didnt either and no you know how it feels when you take things from other kids.
your parents will have to do this
tell her she will not come out of her room until she stops her screaming tell her this is not how you get what you want. Tell her she will have to wear her clothes and if she does not she will go into the corner or in her room with no toys and no tv tell her she will have to sit there until she starts to listen to you. If she gets up put her right back there no matter what. Trust me it works but it takes patience

How about this: Give her 15 minutes from your time, if this is not too much for you, turn off the babysitter (TV) and sit on the floor with her and play a game, read to her a few books and sing with her. Do it every day for 15 minutes and you'll see that when we do things like this wonderful things happen. Kids need real attention, especially 3 years old. Only if you do this I'll guaranty you that she will not only listen to you but you'll get to be her favourite person.

That is a typical three year old. That is probably why some people refer to them as the terrible twos and threes. She is basically trying to see how far she can go without getting in trouble, testing her boundaries.

She sounds like a spoiled brat. Talk to your parents they are the ones that need to nip this in the bud. You are a sibling, the parents are the ones that need to dicipline her with time outs or other methods.

It is not your job to worry about this or help your sister. Tell your mother how you feel.
