Yes. And I hear many more confessions weekly.
Some do, some don't.

Yes I go to confession, maybe not as often as I should. While I know that eating at McDonald's is unhealthy, I do not feel the need to confess it.
But seriously, there are some things which I do not honestly feel bad about so I do not confess them. Yes I know that it is a sin to covet my neighbor's wife but I do not confess every lustful thought, there is just no way.
A friend of mine went to a Catholic school where everyone was required to go to confession periodically, I think once a month. This certain time, my friend and another guy decided they were going to be completely honest with the priest. They confessed everything including sex, drugs, lust, prejudice, foul language etc. etc. He said he was in the confessional for half an hour.

Yes, I go to Confession. When I was younger, I was more prone to confess to that particular "sin" (which I personally no longer believe is a sin, at any rate). These days, I don't necessarily confess to the act itself, as much as to the lust that drives it.
Or is the "Big M" murder? In that case, I've nothing to confess, except for the occasional random thought involving one of my co-workers.

I am a catholic. I don't think anyone would actually confess to murder. However, if someone did, the priest does not have to say anything. The government can't do anything to make him testify on someone's personal confession.

Not sure what "the Big M" is, but I'm assuming Masterbation.
Mastebation isn't a problem for me, so no.
As to the sacrament, yep.

Murder hell no they would never confess to murder. Not even to a priest. If a priest conceals a murder he can be held in contempt you know. BB
