hi i tried many kind of diet program. the best diet to lost weight is Dr Atkins Program
allows for the consumption of meats and fatty foods in lieu of carbohydrates. It has enjoyed great popularity -- so much so that, as an increasing number of people learned about the benefits of a reduced-carbohydrate diet, it even led to a reduction in sales of foods high in carbohydrates. The Atkins diet is said to work by Ketosis, short for Benign Dietary Ketosis, which is the body's natural process for using fat stores as energy. If there are fewer carbohydrates available, the body will burn higher levels of fat. A major cause of obesity is the consumption of refined carbohydrates, which lead to a spike in the body's level of insulin and, in turn, causes blood sugar to plummet. People who eat an excess of carbohydrates tend to feel lethargic and hungry. As a result, in the Atkins diet , "net carbs," or the carbohydrates that affect blood sugar levels such as sucrose and most other carbohydrates, are restricted to lower levels by this diet

Are you a boy or girl?Yes it matters cause if your a girl it could be wonderful water weight if your a guy your body could be getting used to your new diet. That could also be true if your a woman too.If your a woman step away from the scale and get yourself a measurement band. measure your loss and get to know how you feel. Do you feel better? Are you still sweating when you work out or is it getting really easy? Also your body is gaining muscle which weights more than fat.I would suggest a cardio work out for at least 30min to 45min or walking more often. Maybe take your walk on more of a hilly area or walk longer but no more than an hour. Drink water or green tea with fake sugar. Your probably drinking enough water.Watch your sodium intake too.Alote of the diet stuff has so much salt to replace the calories so that if your not working out as much your body takes that salt and makes it take on water. Dance in your own home to your favorite music with a beat for 45 min. DON'T give up.

Congrats on your weight loss.. It's difficult. We are all different. I have a fast metabolism at my age(50's).. I've been training off and on for 40 yrs. By doing some weight training and building muscle, you will burn more fat and the weight you might gain would be muscle which will help you continue to lose weight.
I run 5 days a week.. Only 30 minutes at a time.. Running isn't necessary. Try walking fast for 25 minutes daily.. Veggies are good, but lean protein is necessary too. Glad you cut out the junk food. Check out Clarence Bass online. He has some good info and books. His website might be all you need. Good luck.

Try switching your diet. Sometimes the body become accustomed to your diet, and needs a change. Personally, I lost 40 pounds on the Atkins diet over the course of 2 months. After the 2 months I was at a stand still, so I switched my diet to weight watchers, and have started to lose again. I would suggest switching to the Atkins diet. It's tough at first and you feel drained, however, after a week you feel fine. Take your vitamins and drink PLENTY of water!
Cheers,
