I know in daycare kids are constanly biting eachother soemtimes to the point were bllod is drawn , I was wondering if kids with blood infections such as hiv , aids , hepatitis c is allowed to attend daycare ? wouldnt be putting other chicldern at risk ?

yes. ill people have the same rights to education as healthy people.

The day care facility and it's staff should have been made aware of health and saftey laws and regulations regarding the spread of heamo-infection and should be fully trained. i would also add that if a daycare service allowed a child to be bitten by another child enough to draw blood then they obviously arent looking after children correctly and how the law says they should.

Yes, Kids with AIDS and other diseases are allowed to attend daycare, however spreading AIDS through biting is unheard of although technically possible. There are definitely more plausible, concerns to worry about...AIDS just isn't that easy to pass especially if sex or needles are not involved.

Yes, they can and are. They will also be in school with our children, too. You would be surprised who has HIV/AIDS and other blood borne diseases. You see and work closely with people all the time who are infected.
