The gentleman who worked for me provided me his social, how do I show, for tax purposes, that I paid him some of my earnings?

get a 1099 misc form from staples, and then a reporting form as well. collect all the information about how much you paid him, put it on the form, mail him a copy and mail a copy to the IRS along with the 1096 reporting form. PS you may be able to deduct his pay on your own taxes!

You want to issue him a 1099. You can pick up 1099 forms at Staples, or get them online.
Then you can deduct the payments to him from your revenue.

Fill out a 1099 form - submit it to the IRS. GIve him a copy. BY TOMORROW!
