It depends on how much you made total in 2006. If it was under $5140, and all from W-2's, not from self-employment, then yes you should get back all the federal income withholding.

Your age has nothing to do with whether you owe taxes. That is determined by how much you made. It also doesn't matter if you are a dependent on someone elses return. If you earned enough income, you will owe taxes.

Age doesn't really have anything to do with it if you are still someone else's dependent.
