When I start to feel sick or stressed out I tend to freak out. My whole body starts to shake uncontrollably and I make myself even more sick and stressed out. Is this anxiety and if so what should I do? Go see a doctor or what are some natural techniques I could do so I dont have to take any medication?

I am not a medical professional,OK? But it sounds like a panic attack. The only non medication answer I have know people to use is to breath deeply into a paper bag until the symptoms subside. Why this works...I haven't a clue. But if this is a frequent occurrence you should at least discuss it with your doctor.

Oh dear.

Yes, it probably is anxiety.

See a counseller or therapist: You're going to have to learn ways to deal with things so you don't panic. And you might even need medication to help you stay calm.

Meanwhile, you might try various meditation techniques. At least it won't hurt you.

Sounds like anxiety. Amytriptylene is the least expensive medicine for anxiety, and a very good one. I use it and have been for 14 years. Talk to your Dr about getting on it. It should eliminate your symptoms...now is that worth it? I think it is.
