It is dangerous to loose lots of weight quickly, so my best advice is to be patient. Have a balanced diet (including a bit of fat) but don't cut out sugar/fat altogether from your diet. Chilli speeds up your metabolism by 20%, which can burn up your calorie intake quicker, so maybe try adding that to your diet. Instead of weight lifting, I would suggest swimming - it uses every muscle in your body, it will work wonders, I'm sure!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

get that ornage book - the atkins diet, i bought it 3 years ago, lost weight immediately within a week, and ate healthily, its not a diet that restricts food intake its more an informative guide and true reasons why we eat what we do because of the refined food producers conspiracy to keep us eating there products. if you're not convinced that we are all hooked like drug addicts to certain foods, just recall the last time you had a macdonalds, ever felt hugrier after a big mac meal than you did before? its a conspiracy, read the book, its such an eye opener, i lost 3 stone and have kept it off and eat well. try it and good luck , it'll only cost you a fiver in asda's
