Each gender is better at some things than the other. If all women were smarter than men then none would ever get their hearts broken and vice versa.
There are some very smart women in the world and some very smart men, some very dumb women and some very dumb men... plus a person can be a genius when it comes to some things but a moron when it comes to others. My ex-boyfriend was a genius in science but, when it came to common sense, even the dog thought he was stupid.

Marilyn vos Savant who scored IQ 228 Terman as a 10 year old is a women and currently holds the record for highest IQ of a living person.
Studies show that men on average have a slightly higher IQ then women.
Women general make up the difference with a higher verbal ability etc.

That would depend on the people being compared. You can't generalize a question like this.
I would be willing to say that women are socially smarter than men, or at least more conscious of what to do in social situations.

As a whole no but there are many different levels to being smart. I think as a whole, guys and girls are equal in the smarts department. Some are better than others and there are those who are so stupid (both sexes) they can't tie their shoes without help.

Some men are smarter than some women. Some women are smarter than some men. I have met dumb azzes and smart azzes in both genders.

i guess it would depend on how she is.. i've dated a lot and know that i was smarter than most.. but then thier where a few that smarter than me.. so it depends!

one individual is more or less 'smarter' than the other. depending upon education and experience and genetics.
