Well first do you love her, if so cigarettes is a no, no. And in your situation, her not having time, you as her man should go to her job or where every she spends her time the most and romance her, sweep her off her feet. Dazzle her with your charm, and let her know your willing to spend time with her even if she doesn't have the time.Good luck!!!!!

So you've been rejected? Why not try to get her something for Valentine's Day that might just sweep her off her feet?
A romantic card, bouqet of roses, the usual box of chocolates, and perhaps something more personal. Put some effort into it.

But seriously, just surprise her with really romantic flowers or chocolates or something, and use phone/e-mail/im/text message to say sweet things to her all day. Or if you know where she's going to be busy then arrange for a delivery of flowers or something there. Girls love special attention :-) good luck!

NO!!!...get her some flowers and then some cocolate and when she dose have time take her out for dinner and a movie or somthing...giving her cigarettes is bacicly killing her so if u want to then go right ahead but i dont think so she might like it but that just rotting her lungs!!! =(

maybe just get her a nice card and tell her that shes beautiful sometimes thats all a girl wants ... dont go and buy a big elaborate thing cuz shes gonna think your trying to hard.... remember small and meaningful, big and show-off....
