I have lost a lot of weight doing the Jenny Craig program. It's convenient, easy, and best of all you really can't screw it up unless you go out of your way to do so. The only catch is that it's not cheap, but most of the cost is the food. Another great thing about it is that as you reach your goal weight the consultants "ween" you off of the food and get you used to using good judgment when determining correct portion sizes. The consultations are great because you address anything you have coming up in the week and plan on how to deal with it. It's really a great program, you should check it out. www.jennycraig.com
I hate exercise, so I walk at the mall. I love to shop. That way, I fool myself into walking 10,000 steps a day and get to look at new stuff at the same time.

I lost around 50 lbs. Intensive running in the morning should take away your appetite and quiken your metabolism. Eat vegetables, fruit, water, whole wheat bread, chicken breast..etc. Basically healthy foods in small portions. It should also make your skin look great! It becomes easy when your on a roll.

I would just focus on cardio mostly and maybe a circuit-type of workout until you drop the pounds you want. Just cut out the junk and limit the carbs, and higher protein. No fried foods. I dropped 15 lbs in a couple months...

sounds to me "body for life" is your cup of tea. It is perfect for the athelete! If you are on the "Body for life" program, it gives you all the meal plans, when to eat, how to eat, what to eat. It has been very successful. Hope this helps.

I would say that you would need a high protein, low carb diet. Also add veggies in there.
