So if the IRS only makes deposits on Fridays and Where's My Refund says Feb 6th which is a Tuesday.....?

I've read in several answers that IRS only does deposits on Fridays. Does the IRS deposit it before the date it says on "where's my refund?" or actually on the EXACT date it says on where's my refund. i.e. if it says feb 6, I will get it on the 6th. I could just wait a couple of days and find out but i'm obviously over-anxious - hey, its $$$!!!

The "Where's my refund" deposit date is an estimate. Mine was Jan. 30th, but the website updated 'round Wednesday and reported that the refund would be deposited on the 26th (Friday).
I'd be checking the IRS site or your bank account for the deposit on the 2nd.
