I went jogging yesterday.Today and later last night my legs feel sore.I want to use the aerobic machine today as well.Is it ok to work out today or should I wait a couple days?

Did you stretch really good after your jog yesterday? I have found that I get a lot less sore if I stretch. Also, in my experience, I have found that it is best to let the legs rest when they are sore. You can still do upper body work.
