i wanted to no how to put on a lot of weight im 14 and weight around 46kg but i would like to b 57kg
im 14 and 5ft 2 1/2
please give me some sort of routine that i can do.
P.S i dont eat in school that would mean 6 hours withought eating (n i dnt like school food and i dnt like pack lunches) so i need 2 have something that has alot of calories

you should be eating 5-6 smaller meals a day to gain weight the easiest. Make sure to add exersise to your day so the calories dont' just turn into fat. Lots of lean proteins are the best to eat. And during the day - why don't you bring a powerbar, small bags of nuts, a piece of fruit, veggies with peanut butter or something to help carry you over. your body will start eating your muscle first if you starve it that way - so even if you add weight - you'll just be adding fat, not muscle.

First off, you are only 14 and be grateful that you weigh that much. But if you do want to put on weight, try a high protein diet. Lots of meat and fatty foods. If you don't have time to eat at school just eat a big breakfast in the morning before you leave home. And indulge in junk food when you have the chance. Good Luck!!!

and eat some fried chicken
