Yes - contact your local cable tv company. Then you can purchase sky digital channels. This works if you live in a tenement bldg or block of flats - you don't have to get approval to put up a dish! I've done this because I didn't want the hassle of going to the council for approval.

You can order Sky Sports & Sky Movies from Telewest so it is worthwhile getting them which means you don't need a dish.
