I have never had the flu. What would be some of the early signs of it?

Nausea, vomiting, fever, and diarrhea are the classical signs that I see in the emergency department. Take Tylenol/Motrin for pain or fever, drink plenty of water (will help keep your fever down). It's just one of those things you have to live out - cannot be cured by antibiotics!

Hope you get feeling better!
