I pack yogurts, or those 100 calorie pudding containers- those are sweet, not too bad and fill ya up.

Apples are surprisingly filling- get a good crunchy one- macintosh's are de-lish!

Carrots/celery and peanut butter or lite ranch.

Cut up some of your favorite vegetables into strips and bring a container of hummus with them.

Just dip the veggies into the hummus and eat.

Easy and healthy.

The flavored rice cakes are pretty good. Apples fill you up nice and celery and peanut butter is always tasty!

One or a combo of the following:
a green salad with lots of veggies
a fruit salad
apiece of fruit
cottage cheese
yogurt
slices of cheese
pickles (no fat)

strawberries any fruits cheese salad?? whatever all those are pretty healthy but try mixing proteins with sugars thats the healthiest
