maybe if the water has yeast in it and you garggle it! otherwise no, I don't see how. thrush is a yeast infection in your mouth.

No. Yeast infections and thrush are the same fungus, no different. It is Candida albicans, and usually causes thrush if someone has oral sexual contact with an individual with a yeast infection.
