Swap fatty things like-
White bread= whomeal bread
Butter=marg
Chocolate bars = alpen bars etc
Aswell as that dont go on A BIG diet just eat normally. Dont skip breakfast but instead of cereal , have alpen.
Also excersize is extremely important join your local gym and work out around 30 mins to 1hr .
Also self esteem is important if you are always grumpy and sad and get dedpreesed this will thenlead you to eat food, and lots of it!

weight watchers online is really awesome. It helped me out a lot, and When I got pregnant its helped me stay with in my recomended weight gain. Baby will be due in 5 days, so I will go back on counting points to loose all the baby weight. I love it. check it out!

Depends on your body type. I tried the Special K cereal diet and it worked for me. You eat a bowl for breakfast, a slad for lunch, and a bowl for supper. I lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks! Good Luck!

well i needed to loose weight and i did last October i weighed 15st 1lb and was suffering my friend recommended that i go to diet4you i did and today i weigh 10st 2lbs and loosing everyday its great i feel fantastic, i look better than i have ever done and would recommend you give them a try they are first class in what they do

Forget all the hype and ads. You have to consume less calories and exercise more. No other way works.
