Ur cat has an allergy that's normal in all pets it needs to go to the vet. it might be worst depending on the breed of cat. some animals develop breathing problems. that causes them to sneeze!

It sounds like your cat is allergic to your dog, and perhaps they speak to one another some how and this has upset your dog, knowing he is the cause of your cats sneezing. Does your cat sneeze only around the dog?
Now to be serious, why don't you put them in different rooms if this is upsetting your dog too much, until you can find out what is causing her to sneeze. What kind of dog do you have? Is the dog always that jumpy?
Nothing in your house has to change animals and people can develop an allergy at any time to something they were never allergic to before. The more I think about it, I think your cat may be allergic to your dog.
Take her to the vet, that's the only way you will find out for sure. Try separating them first, see if there is any change in her sneezing and give your dog some peace and quite for awhile. Hope it's nothing serious!

What is sneezing a sign of? A cold, right? Take your cat to the vet. Sneezing is one of the first signs of URI (upper respiratory infection) and we're in the season for it.

she might just have a cold, my cat did recently and sneezed like that it went away in about a week, just like it does in humans

Your cat needs to see a vet. There may be something lodged in her nasal cavity besides kitty boogers.

Could be lots and lots of things. Something is irritating her, you should take her to a vet. Maybe there is something she inhaled that is stuck?
