You need to workout daily yes, and need to rest one day a week. Maybe 1300 is not enough, you need to eat according to your activity, it is possible but difficutl to lose 20 ponds, ask a nutritionist and follow a strict diet and exercise routine, if you are serious about this you will make ti to hawaii in good shape!

Of course. You still have roughly 4 months to reach your goal of 20lbs. which is plenty of time. You would only need to lose 1-2 lbs. a week, which is what most doctors recommend as being the healthy amount. I myself am trying to get in top shape for a vacation to costa rica coming up. Good luck!

Yes. You might not get all of the weight off but I know you will look fantastic. Sometimes people confuse looking hot with looking skinny. If you keep up what you are doing you will be fit as can be and will rock the beach! Keep it up.
