Membrane, cell membrane, bi-lipid layer. While the nuclear envelope is also made from a double layer of phospholipids, It only surrounds the nucleus.

plasma membrane - which is the same thing as the cell membrane.
The double layer of phospholipids is often referred to as a bilayer.
