Well, I'm going to assume you're a female.
First you want to start off with starring in a horribly written movie with little or no intellectual stimulation. You could actually win an award for this, and make more money than a person who actually graduated college.
Next, you'll want to get into a trendy, organized religion. Something like Scientology or Kabalah. Knowing about the actual Religion itself is entirely optional. After this, you should commit some pseudo-philanthropic deed that makes you seem like the Savior of Africa. This will probably get you on the Oprah Winfrey show, where you can talk about your religion.
Okay, so now you have to start a singing career. If you can't sing, that's cool. You just have to have the aesthetic appeal. Get plastic surgery, anything leaving you looking remotely human isn't good enough. Lose about 80 pounds and dye your hair.Then make one album, and retire from your singing career.
This last part is crucial. You want to make a sex tape with some random guy you have no respect for. Remember, you should be as degrading to the female image as humanly possible.Then, when you get an interview with MTV, talk about how you "totally respect yourself, and like, just want to teach girls to have fun." That'll do it.

First, wear a skirt without any underwear. Then make sure your friends drive you to the club in their Ferrari so you have no choice but to give a big vertical smile to all the paparazzi!
Oh oh oh, or you can join Scientology and worship L. Ron Hubbard, I hear that's popular now in the celebrity world.

So dont make a fuss about acting like a celebrity or not!
Maybe you're more worthy than these celebs!

Actually become one?? Why would you want what they are put through??? Anyone that thinks it would be cool has not realized they have NO privacy and everything they do is picked apart. No thanks . . . I like my sane life.
