make lots of cuts into the skin. Rub loads of salt into the cuts. Not sure if there are other spices like five spice powder. Place it on a rack with the skin facing up.

Stick it in an oven and roast it until it is golden brown and crispy on top

I've seen someone put water in the baking tray so the pork doesn't dry out. Note that the pork is on the rack and not in the water.

Check out some chinese cooking books for more accurate instructions. I'm not an expert
