im loosing weight and i want to add somthing to jump it up a little bit ive heard of hoodia but that says it just curbs your appitite and that has not been a problem for me . i eat perfectly just water and salad with eithr salmon or chicken so what is the best thing to take to help with weight loss.

a use hydroxicut and I lost a pretty good amount of weight so far.

There is no good weight loss pill except the pill of exercise!!! I would suggest of you exercise to take a multi-vitamin and an amino-acid supplment as well.

I believe you are already on the right track. I for one did pills and they didnt work at all. I know am on a program that helps me lose and maintain my goal weight.
