I didnt work last year but my husband did what form do we Use?

use 1040. probably file jointly. depending on his situation, may be able to get away with simpler form (1040ez) but fact that you didn't work just means one less income to report, that's all, nothing to do with forms

Depends on what you are including. You could use 1040EZ, 1040A or 1040.
If you are not claiming anything use the 1040EZ form.
If you are claiming children or school etc use 1040A.
If you are itemizing {kids, school, house, state/local taxes from previous year etc} use 1040.
