do fifty push ups a day and you will certainly be stronger after two months. You won't be twice as strong if you do twice as much but you'll see a significant difference if you do a hundred instead. 50 push ups isn't actually that much and it's unlikely to change the way you look.

Push ups work your triceps, lats, pecs, shoulders and stomach muscles. They do virtually nothing for your biceps.

Do 50 pull ups onto a bar every day for 2 months and you'll have biceps like you live your life driving truck, breaking arms and arm wrestling. Follow this advice and you'll turn yourself in to a sexual TY-RAN-NA-SAURUS. Just like me.

NO! NO! NO! Push-ups are a good exercise for strengthening the chest. The shoulders and triceps are affected secondarily. If you want big arms here's a good program for a beginner (without weights). Alternate biceps and triceps. Workout the triceps one day and the biceps the following day, etc.
TRICEPS: close-hand push-ups (If you're able to do it with hands touching or else as close as possible)
BICEPS: chin-ups with palms facing you (hands about 1 foot apart) grab a chin-up bar. Pull yourself all the way up and then let yourself all the way down.

Do three sets of these exercises. Do as many as you possibly can. Rest for 2 minutes and do it a second and third time. Do not work the same muscle everyday. Do biceps one day, triceps the next day, then biceps, then triceps, etc.

Naw, man. Doing pushups won't really hit your biceps. I mean, they will, but only to a small extent. Do something like pull ups, which will work your biceps and muscles in your upper back. Pushups will primarily work the chest, shoulders, and forearms.

Push up does not make your arms or bicep bigger,it only helps with inner strenght, but if you can do shadow boxing with dumbles that might help you alot.

Pushups are actually for you chest, lats and triceps - you should do curls. If you dont have a bar and weights, use gallons of water, plastic shopping bags full of dirt/rocks, or something similar.
