Once you get your belly button pierced, how long is it before you can go swimming?? I am getting my belly button pierced Febuary 3rd, 2007.. Will i be ok to go swimming by April 18th 2007

they told me six weeks when I had mine done, but it depends on how fast your body heals. My sister took longer because her body was rejecting it. (she eventually had to get rid of it)

Yes that will be long enough .. Mine was completely heeled in about 2 weeks

Mine stayed infected for atleast a year, and still ocasionally it still gets infected. Its all according to the person.
