Fast track relationship, moved in together and found my partner going through my bank statement. Less than a week later, found out they went through my reciepts. Don't think I can ever trust them again.

Just tell the person what they've done and how it makes you feel as far as the trust. Let them know that you'd like to end the relationship because without trust there's really no relationship. Just be honest.

Well if you are sure you don't want to be them anymore, just tell them so, right?
On the other hand, why not confront that person and tell them about things you don't like. There must have been a reason you two moved in together, why not try to salvage what could have been a wondeful relationship.
