Basically Magnesium is what stimulates the sex drive. That said, chocolate and sweets are a very nice sti,uant. As well you have sea food which is well known for its concentration in magnesium and therefore a best way to increase sex drive

They say oysters are an aphrodisiac. Honestly, I don't think there are any foods that will increase your sex drive. Its directly related to your emotional state, and certain medications affect it as well.

The only true foods that will increase your sexdrive are foods that YOU find sexy. Maybe it is something you have eaten during sex, maybe it is a food that looks (or tastes) like your partner or their "organs"
Its all in the mind................get your mind going on food and you are good to go.

protein like steak has testosterone in it which can increase your sex drive. they say that oysters do, but i much rather eat steak.
