Why 'are' (not is) there haters. why are you concerned with somebody hating on you anyway? focus on YOU, not them.

Because we go "postal" when we see such bad grammar.
"why is there haters?" should be "Why are there haters?"
They get mad when they can't understand what you do as well as other reasons.
