Hey everyone just wanna know, what food is less fattning?

- Macaroni cheese bake
- Mexican spicy tortilla with cheese
- Chinese chowmein and rice with noodles
- steak and kidney pie with baby boiled potatos and gravy

I'm gonna say Mexican spicy tortilla with cheese. They all sound good though! :)

I would say that the Chinese chowmein and rice with noodles
is the least fattening

The more fattening would be the 3 large slices of pizza with potato wedges

chinese chowmein and rice with noodles is the most fattning. there is a lot of sugar in chinese food, which is bad for you. if you make your own stir fry and boil some rice it is much more healthier.

cheese is very high in fat, but so is steak,
the chinese is full of carbs

it's hard to know which is less fattening but I think it is the steak and kidney pie option.

Fast food contains the highest level of Fat you can find. After that comes the Pasta, potatos, Avocatos and greasy meat.
