My dog is two, and he occasionally "uses it" in the house.
Help?

Supervision and confinement to prevent accidents is the way to go. Keep your eye on him and put him in a crate or small room when you can't watch him. Take him out on a schedule, but also watch for signs that he needs to eliminate (whining, pacing, circling, sniffing the floor intensely, etc.). Praise him like crazy and give him a reward (treats, game of fetch) when he does go outside.

If he is only peeing in the house and he isn't neutered, getting him fixed will probably help a lot, too.

Well.. there isn't much information to go off of. What kind of dog? Is he under stress or excited or is it just a potty accident? At night, when you're gone for 12 hours or when you JUST get back in from going out?

Need more details to help

Crate training. It might take a little longer with an adult dog though.
