The baked Potato itself can be a meal add some bacon or ham some broccoli and top with cheese butter and sour cream.

Salad would go nicely with a baked potato too

Sometimes I make a "Baked potato bar" for dinner, and it's really just leftovers made-over! Crumble bacon from breakfast, leftover vegies, meat cubed and re-heated, any sauces or gravies left over and add cheese! The family loves it!

Just about any meat. A good steak or roast beef of course. Pork chops. Or sometimes along with a big salad and soup or chili.
