Like i workout my upper body and legs in the morning. and come back later in the day to workout my arms bicepts tricepts forearms. I do this everyday. and i only give myself one day of complete rest. i take in about 80 grams of protien a day. And i work my abs twice a day also

I've heard that it's good to let your muscles rest more than that ... for example, work your abs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That way they can recuperate to their max potential ... muscles don't grow while you're working them, they grow in the down time. That applies for any muscle, not just abs.
