Absolutely, if you are straining your eyes, this causes headaches. I have one almost every day, after being on the computer at work all day. See your eye dr....you may need contacts or a higher prescription lens if you are already wearing them.

FOCUSING for your eyes is what really causes the headaches! I have the same dilema and I always have some sort of light around the TV or while reading or working on computer - it helps! I have a stigmatism - no need for glasses to be worn all the time except when reading or watching tv or computer work.

Yes it could be your vision. As tonalc1 said, it could be the position you are in. Or possibly after watching TV maybe you had had it on too long or the volume was too loud.

Yes, very much so. This could be especially true if you have a"Big Screen" TV where you have to move your eyes from left to right and top to bottom while viewing.

I would suspect you need glasses or contacts.
Good luck. Pops

my wife is the same way. she went to the eye dr and she has a positive correction to her vision. the funny thing is that she doesnt wear her glasses because it makes her see in blur. the dr told her that she needs to learn to relax her eyes to adapt to the corrective aid. this was 3 months ago. she still doesnt wear her glasses.

Yes, you might need glasses. Or it could be the position you're sitting in while reading or watching.
