No, a perm only makes your hair look thicker. Once the perm relaxes, your hair will revert to its original look.

no usually it will make your hair thinnner because it alters the molecular structure of the hair and also thins it out. I'm talking about individual strains. what you have to do if you want your hair to get thicker is to build it up with protein conditioners and leave in treatments

curly perms can make your hair appear fuller but it doesnt actually thicken the hair strand.

no! dont do it! it weakens your hair, and if you have fine hair, you cant really afford the damage. it will make it lank and frizzy! DONT!
