I want to know the best ab work outs so I can get bikini ready! Also, can I do abs everyday if they aren't sore the next day? Some times after i do abs the next day they are reallly sore and i know i worked them, but other times they aren't sore at all and I feel I should do them again becuase maybe I didn't go hard enough...is that right or do i still have to wait a day?

Your abs get sore from working them because when they go unworked for a while lactic acid builds up in your muscles and then gets broken down when you exercise thus causing the soreness. It's a good sign when your abs are either just a little sore or not at all that means you've been working them and acid isn't building up.
To help build your core strength(abs) try pulling in your abs toward your spine while you walk or jog or even while you sit. Pull them in like you're flexing them and hold for several seconds, release and repeat. This strengthens your muscles while doing everyday things. So aside from doing direct ab work out routines try this one also.

Any ab exercises, while your abs are "zipped up" (crunched, tight, stacked) is what causes me to be sore.
The toughest ab exercise is on your back, legs at tabletop and alternate elbow to opposite knee.
Also what they call in pilates "the 100's".

leg lifts done while laying on the back are excellant for abs. also try sit ups, crunches, and incline.
