I need some Filipino person preferably from Manila to tell me what the following means: If a guy pays a compliment to a filipina girl and she answers something that appears to be like OH COME ON YOU ARE JUST SAYING THAT but with the words "ahhh bola bola" What does she mean ? Does it mean YOU ARE JUST SAYING THAT or is she being rude ?? Thanks.

it just means that "that's all talk"
she is probably used to getting compliments from foreigners and their compliments are practically the same.
