It's tough, but can be done.
The key here is to get them used to the bed or blanket when you are home. Meaning, get them to nap on it, be on it, when you are around. Every time they fall asleep, put them on it. If kennel training it's easier.
After they are used to the same blanket in the home, put it down for them when you are out. Not before.
Also, give them toys to play with. If they tear up the blanket, remove the toys. My dogs have often gotten so INTO beating up a toy, they mix in the blanket by accident.
Or perhaps your dogs are just so bored, they need something to do.
DO try a kong, or similar, filled with peanut butter or dog treats, good fun and keeps em busy.

Dogs can be much like children - they get bored with the same ole stuff to play with. Also, tearing stuff up is fun! Instead of giving them rawhides everyday, switch things up. Give them each a Kong stuffed with treats one day, a rawhide the next, a Nylabone the next, and so on. Some days give them old cardboard boxes that they can rip apart. They will probably be more inclined to leave the blankets alone.

One rule is to never put blankets or pillows outside for their bedding, when the dogs get done playing in the snow, their wet, they lay on their bedding, it gets wet then freezes... I would get some hay or straw for the shed. It helps keep them warm and they won't tear it up... as for them tearing their bedding up, it sounds like they are doing it out of pure boredom. Hopefully this helps!!!

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/rn8fI
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

if they spend too much time outside they revert to the wild side
everything is game. what we do is we get a four or eight inch rope about three feet long and tie large nots on each end
rub it inside of your shoe and get the smell on it then walk outside and hand it to one them gently let the other take the other end you will se a the most wonderous thing, it won't say it but you will be so pleased, that idea and more at the
