I was wondering if anyone knew if there are wedding video editors out there who can edit a video (DVD) that has already been completed. I got my wedding video back the other day and I hate it. I paid SOO much money and got crap :(
It's way too long (3 hrs +) and it lacks special effects. If anyone knows of a place where they can do that in Ontario, Canada that would be great. Only serious answers please.

Why don't you take it back to the place you got it from and explain to them why you hate it so much? Most wedding vendors really want to please as their business comes from word of mouth.
Nicely explain why you are unhappy and asking them to reedit it to make it shorter and more manageable with a few effects would be an easy thing to do. Much easier to shorten than make it longer. They should be willing to help. After all, customer service is highly important and usually in a week or so, you'd have something that makes you much happier and they should do it for free.
If you hire someone else it will be much more time consuming and more expensive.
