Try to find juices with no added sugar - and then supplement them (even though they'll be a bit more expensive) with milk and water. Juice with sugar and high fructose corn syrup added isone of the main causes of childhood obesity and unnecessary calories. If it's got that stuff in it its no different that soda.

Where I live the frozen concentrate is approximately $1.29 regular price or 5 for $5.00 on sale. The bottles of premixed go for $2.00 + up, for the same amount of juice. Why pay for the plastic bottle.

I find, depending on the brand of frozen can you pick up, the cans tend to be cheaper than the big plastic bottle. If you pick up the package of cans, you can sometimes get a cheaper price for it than picking up individual cans.

Concentrate is always cheaper than pre mixed - why pay a premium price for the water that they mix the concentrate with - when you can just get it from your tap?
