I started the YOU:the owner's manual diet thing and truthfully do not like it. :-( I do not exercise but do you think exercise will help keep me healthy? (the book mentions staying away from trans fat,saturated fat,&High Fructose Corn Syrup) Sadly those are in everything I love eating. :-( Sadly I felt better physically and mentally at 130lb. :-( any advice would be appreciated.

At 5ft, you can weigh up to 128lb. 118lb is fine. You should stay a at the weight that you feel most comfortable and healthy at.
